Work done:

• Demolition of existing structures.

• Refurbishment and extension of existing building.

• Erect and dismantle scaffoldings.

• Remove damaged timber shingles and trussed rafter timber.

• Replace by new trussed.

• Fixing of pre-painted corrugated insulated sheets.

• Lightweight partitions.

• Timber panelling and dados to existing walls.

• Existing timber floors – Replace planks, sanding and apply varnish.

• Existing Ceilings – Repair and replace timber planks where necessary.

• Existing openings – Making good of openings "ironmongery ".

• Supply and fix new openings and burglar bars.

• External stone walls, removed where damaged and reuse to build new walls.
  

• Tiling to kitchen, shower rooms and toilets.
  

• Staircase step and timber handrails to main staircase.

• Make new shutters in sapele timber.
  

• Make new sapele internal doors with architraves and plinths.
  

• New complete water supply connection with sanitary appliances.
  

• New complete electrical system.

• Do paintworks.
