Work done:
- Refurbishment and extension of the existing building.
- Erect and dismantle scaffoldings.
- Remove damaged timber shingles and trussed rafter timber roof.
- Replace by new trussed.
- Fixing of pre-painted aluminium insulated sheets.
- Manufacture and installation of stainless steel rainwater gutters according to the required dimension.
- Lightweight partitions ( Gypsum boards ).
- Timber panelling and dados to existing walls.
- Existing timber floors – Replace planks, sanding and apply varnish.
- Tiling to kitchen, shower rooms and toilets.
- New water supply connection with sanitary appliances.
- New electrical system.
- Do paintworks.
